Redeeming Gift Cards
Online gift card redeeming is simple! Just hit Book Now, Select your preferred day and time of session/s then simply select “Pay now or use Gift Card or Promo Code”.

All Pre-Paid services are strictly non-refundable.
We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling, however a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling (or rescheduling) of appointments is necessary to avoid cancellation fees. We welcome you to send someone else along instead rather than incur a cancellation fee. For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice clients will be charged 80% of the normal appointment cost by way of a cancellation fee.
There is a No-Show (no call nor visit prior to the arrival time) fee of the full service that was booked or redemption of a member benefit, gift card or other promotional offer that would have been used for the scheduled appointment. If multiple bookings are held under the same credit card, all cancelled, or no-show appointment costs will be made on that one card.
Credit cards or other means of payment, such as a gift card, that are taken at time of booking are not charged prior to your appointment — they are used to hold the reservation and for our cancellation policy.
